We offer you three ways to send us your prescriptions, whether it’s a new one or a refill. This way, you save time. Submit your prescription through the form, and we will notify you when the medication is ready for pick-up.

Fill out the form and submit your prescription. You only need the medical prescription, medical plan card, and an ID.
Once your prescription is received, we verify that it is available and process it.
